"Got the wrong items in my order"
I had placed my order while I was sitting at home making a list of things I needed for the week, so I was sure I picked everything carefully. When the package from Against All Odds showed up, a couple of the items weren’t even what I chose. Trying to get it sorted out ended up being more of a hassle than it should’ve been, it just put me off. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Kind of disappointing selection"
I went in hoping to grab a few things, and at first it seemed like I might find what I needed, but the selection was limited. Some areas looked okay, then others were just missing a lot of the stuff I expected to see. It got frustrating quickly trying to browse around, so I ended up leaving and checking somewhere else.

I ordered a few things from aao-usa.com, and the delivery process ended up being more annoying than I thought it would be. The tracking didn’t move for several days, then the estimated delivery date got pushed back twice, so I finally had to email them just to figure out what was happening.

The package did eventually arrive and everything inside was fine, so it wasn’t a total disaster. But compared to most online orders I’ve placed elsewhere, this felt slower and less dependable. It was nearly a week late, so I probably wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something by a certain date.

"Too expensive, and the automated stuff didn’t help"
I felt like I paid more than it was worth. At first the pricing on aao-usa.com seemed reasonable, but once everything was done, it just didn’t feel like a good value. What made it more frustrating was dealing with the automated system instead of getting a real person when I had questions. I’d probably only use them again if they brought the cost down and made the whole process feel less robotic

"Disappointing quality, wouldn’t recommend"
I was disappointed with this. Right out of the box, it felt cheaper than I expected, and the stitching looked messy. After only a few uses, it already started to feel like it wasn’t going to hold up. A friend had actually mentioned giving this a try, but i’d tell them to skip it and look for something better.

"Still not sure where my refund is"
The product seemed fine enough, I guess, but the return/refund process has been frustrating. I sent the return back and I’m still waiting to get my money back. Support did respond, which I appreciated at first, but nothing has really changed since then. Not the worst experience ever, but annoying enough that I probably wouldn’t order again.

so... I was checking out aao-usa.com, it just gave me a weird feeling. The information on the site wasn’t very clear, and I couldn’t really tell if it was a legit business or not.
I kept looking around for something that would make me feel more comfortable, like solid contact info or proof that they’re reputable, but I didn’t find much. When money or personal details are involved, that kind of thing matters a lot to me.
Maybe someone else had a better experience with them, but I personally wouldn’t feel comfortable using the site unless they made things way more transparent.

"Using the site was kind of a hassle :/"
The website was frustrating to use. Some pages loaded strangely, and when I got to checkout, I wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do next 😕

"Really disappointed with the lack of response"
I reached out to customer service a couple of times it felt like I was being ignored. The replies were either really slow or didn’t actually help with my question. For something simple, I shouldn’t have had to keep chasing for an answer. It was a frustrating experience, and at the very least, I’d expect an apology for the hassle.
